Customer Content & Reviews Policy

Reviews and any photographs submitted with them are published on our site. Unlike a photo you upload to personalize an order — which we use only to make your item — a review is intended for other customers to see. By submitting a review with images you are asking us to display them.

By submitting a review, photograph, video or other content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, adapt, crop, resize and publish that content on our site, in email, on social media and in advertising for our products. We may edit for length, format or clarity but will not alter the substance of your opinion.

• The content is yours to share, and you own it or have permission to use it.
• Every identifiable person shown has agreed to appear, and where a child is shown you are their parent or guardian.
• The content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark or right of publicity.
• The content does not contain another person's private information.

Photographs of personalized items often show more than people intend. Before uploading, check for:

• Pet ID tags and collar plates — these carry your phone number. Cover or crop it, or photograph the reverse.
• House numbers, street signs, mail and vehicle plates in the background.
• Anything showing your address, or another person's face without their agreement.

We will not publish an image showing a phone number, address or other personal detail. If we spot one we will contact you and offer to publish a cropped version instead.

We publish reviews whether they are positive or negative. We will remove a review or photograph only where it:

• contains the personal information or likeness of another individual;
• is defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar or sexually explicit;
• is discriminatory with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity or another intrinsic characteristic;
• discloses confidential or commercially sensitive information;
• is clearly false or misleading, or comes from someone who did not buy the item; or
• is unrelated to the product or the ordering experience.

We apply these grounds consistently regardless of star rating.

• Suppress, hide or selectively display reviews on the basis of a low rating or negative sentiment.
• Offer any incentive conditioned on a positive review, or imply that an incentive depends on one.
• Write reviews ourselves, or ask employees, family or friends to write them, without a clear disclosure of the connection.
• Screen customers first and invite only the happy ones to review.
• Repurpose a review written about one product so it appears to be about another.

We publish reviews under your pet's first name and last initial unless you ask otherwise. We do not publish your email address, order number or full name.

Although the license above is ongoing, we will remove your review or photograph from our site on request — just email admin@everythingschnauzy.com. We cannot recall material already printed or distributed, and copies may persist in search engine caches or on third-party platforms outside our control.
