1.1 Who we are
Everything Schnauzy (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Everything Schnauzy, a sole proprietorship, of 62 Springer Lane, Brinnon, Washington. Contact: admin@everythingschnauzy.com.
1.2 Agreement
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1.3 Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or begin production, whichever is first. We may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where pricing or product information was stated in error, where we cannot verify your details, or where a personalization request falls outside what we are willing to produce.
1.4 Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. We will contact you first.
1.5 Changes and cancellation
Stock items may be cancelled before dispatch. Personalized and made-to-order items may be cancelled or changed only before you approve your proof — see the Personalization & Proof Policy. After proof approval, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
1.6 Content and intellectual property
All site content, product photography, and original artwork are owned by us or licensed to us. Artist-contributed designs remain the property of their artists and are used under license. You may not reproduce, resell or use our designs or images without written permission.
1.7 Acceptable personalization
We decline any personalization request that is unlawful, infringes a third party's intellectual property or publicity rights, or that we consider hateful, harassing, obscene or otherwise inappropriate. We will refund declined orders in full.
1.8 Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our products are sold as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
1.9 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Washington.
